General shipping

Once I have received your order, I will be in touch to give you details about the arrival of your purchase. I usually need 1 - 3 weeks to create your artwork and get it ready for shipping. Each piece in every edition is unique, counts as original, and is only created when ordered. The artwork is securely wrapped, boxed, and insured against loss and damage during delivery. Delivery costs are calculated based on your delivery location and the size/weight of the artwork you have purchased. Shipping price will be added at the checkout.

International shipping

I ship my artwork worldwide. Delivery costs are calculated based on your country, location, and the size/weight of the artwork you have purchased. Shipping price will be added at the checkout. Please be advised that any customs fees and import taxes may occasionally be charged upon arrival in the destination country. This is unfortunately out of my control and payment of such fees will be the responsibility of the customer. I am not responsible for delays or additional fees due to weather or customs-related holdups. ​

Returns​

 

I really hope you like my artwork, but if you are unhappy with it for any reason, please contact me within 14 days of the receipt of delivery. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging the return delivery using the same packaging and service it was sent to you. You, as a buyer, are responsible for return shipping costs. If the artwork is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any damage or loss in value. Once the artwork has been securely returned, I will refund your payment within 14 days of your return. Refunds will be for the original sales price of the artwork, minus the original shipping cost.

At this point I am unable to offer returns for any artworks sent outside of USA. I am happy to provide you additional photos and clips of the artwork you are interested in before the purchase.

Damages during transit

All artwork is carefully wrapped and packed. If you receive artwork that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days and include a photo of the damage.
